Our Welcome Neighborhoods allow new residents to immediately benefit from the unique aspects of our world-class care while allowing us to adhere to the CDC’s guidelines for infection control.
Features and benefits include:
- Focused time with our leadership team to assist your loved one in their transition into the community
- FaceTime available for families to assist our staff with setting up your loved one’s room, giving families some control in their uncontrolled environment
- New residents have freedom to access dedicated spaces for dining, engagement programming, and the outdoors
- Regularly scheduled FaceTime or Zoom meetings to ease family’s anxiety during transition
- Scheduled outdoor visits available
- Personalized programming will be established for each new resident
- Families will be sent pictures regularly of their loved one engaging in life in our Welcome Neighborhood
