Silverado Escondido took a beautiful scenic drive while on their way to Del Mar for a unique and exciting experience at the Free Flight For Birds, an exotic bird sanctuary with birds from all around the world.
We spent the day holding, feeding and even singing with the birds. Many of our residents enjoyed feeding and petting the giant koi fish. It was amazing to see the excitement in our residents’ faces as they each held different birds. They are still talking about it today, and are excited for our next trip out there!
