Silverado comes to Missouri and Kansas for the first time
Silverado’s 25th anniversary year has already been full of amazing updates, and we’re excited to announce one more. As of Friday, April 1, we have welcomed two new communities! The Overland Park, Kansas and Lee’s Summit, Missouri communities are our first in either state and bring the total number of states we operate in to ten.
The communities are located a few miles from each other, separated by the state line that runs right through Kansas City. Both are located in wonderful neighborhoods and are led by dedicated Administrators who represent the mix of compassion and skill for which Silverado has become known. Lesley Gatewood of Lee’s Summit started as a social worker and went on to excel in all aspects of memory care.
