We’re pleased to announce that on May 1, 2022, we will be welcoming our sixth Silverado community to the Los Angeles area. Located in Torrance on Pacific Coast Highway, Silverado Rolling Hills is a short distance from the Palos Verdes Peninsula and neighborhoods such as Rancho Palos Verdes and the Rolling Hills Estates.
Rolling Hills will join the Beach Cities community in serving residents of L.A.’s South Bay region and beyond. Administrator Tierre Thornton, who oversaw the community under its previous management, will continue to use her skills, compassion and knowledge of the market to help the community fill up its 66 beds. Rolling Hills is Silverado’s fourth new community to join the company this year, following Silverado Lee’s Summit, Silverado Overland Park and Silverado Frederick.
