Dawn comes to Silverado with a remarkable track record in hospice and home healthcare that spans more than 25 years. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Choice Health at Home, where she activated growth strategies that exceeded revenue targets and oversaw a 55 percent increase in sales productivity in under two years. Dawn’s industry tenure also includes executive and area leadership roles in which she successfully led teams across numerous states and regions.
As a leader of Silverado Hospice’s sales teams, Dawn designs and manages the optimization of sales operations to increase market share and drive innovation. Integral to these duties is her commitment to excellence and unwavering drive to increase access for the individuals – and their loved ones – who need and deserve Silverado’s unparalleled quality and compassionate care.
