Katie Davis
Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Katie Davis supports both Silverado Hospice and Memory Care Communities in her role as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. She has a BS in Health Service Management from University of La Verne and was recruited to Silverado in 2018 as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2019 she accepted the role of Director of Revenue Management and was honored that year with the James P. Smith Financial Excellence Award. In her tenure as Director of Revenue Management she has developed a strong team that has achieved results exceeding industry benchmarks.
Before joining Silverado, Katie held positions in accounting, finance and revenue management with hospice, skilled nursing, rehab and inpatient hospital providers. She feels called to serve our seniors and has a passion for empowering clinical operators with the insight and tools to succeed as business leaders.
Katie brings a tremendous experience and determination to Silverado and we are excited for her continued growth within the Silverado leadership team.
