Since joining Silverado in 2015, Ki has been a leader in innovating ways to collaborate with professionals who advocate for their patients, clients and residents with memory impairing diseases. His passion is driven by a desire to improve the quality of life for seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and bring hope to families through the compassionate model of care at Silverado.
From his early days at Microsoft through his nearly 20-year career in Senior Housing, Ki has been inspired by technology and seeking strategies to increase the effectiveness of his sales and marketing efforts. This past year, he created industry-leading Zoom Webinars connecting the leading physicians from Universities across the country to educate professionals and families on strategies to care for their loved ones with dementia during a global pandemic. Ki is also frequently involved in evaluating and advising emerging technologies that are designed to improve the quality of life for our aging population.
Today, Ki partners with the executive team at Silverado to develop our sales teams in all memory care communities to increase their capacity to care and change more lives.
