Getting to know a resident is a priority before they even move into a Silverado community. A great deal of time is spent finding out all we can about each new resident – likes, dislikes, hobbies, interests, entertainment preferences and more. This helps us create a care plan rich in enjoyable, enriching engagements that are designed to help the resident live at their highest quality of life.

We put just as much importance on ensuring that the clinical side of care is delivered in the way that best fits each resident’s needs. Each resident’s prescriptions and medical history are taken into account, along with their personality and interests, when creating the care plans that will serve as a guide to provide the most personalized, life-enriching care possible.
