Breanna Creekmore, RN joins the San Juan Capistrano team as the Director of Health Services after recently receiving her degree and becoming a Registered Nurse. She has experience both as a RN and LVN, where she gained vast knowledge while working at Silverado and at in-home healthcare agencies. While working in home health care she served as a case manager, where she learned valuable leadership skills. Breanna also spent two and a half years working at Silverado San Juan Capistrano as a charge nurse; This is where she found her true calling. Most recently she served as the DHS at the Newport Mesa Silverado Community before she transferred back to San Juan.
As a receiver of the love award and innovation award, she found that the bond she had with residents and families that she had the privilege of working with were the exact reason she got into nursing. Breanna has incredible clinical experience and intuition and has a passion to serve others. Breanna has recently gotten married this past November and she has two pets; Luna an adorably energetic Chihuahua you’ll see around here occasionally, and a cat Leland.
