Cristina joined the Silverado family in 2016 as a caregiver. As a medical student doing clinical rotations at the community, she fell in love with the work she was doing and just knew she needed to become a permanent part of the Silverado San Juan Capistrano family. She was promoted to Unit Secretary and assisted in supervising caregivers and training newly-hired Unit Secretaries for other communities. In 2021 Cristina was promoted to her current leadership position. She is extremely passionate about caring for her residents and her coworkers, and makes everyone who walks through the community’s doors feel welcome . Cristina is very hands-on and works closely alongside the community’s clinical team.
In her free time, Cristina loves to learn new hobbies, has an incredible eye for interior decorating and, most importantly, loves spending time with her family.
