Hailea was born in Longview, TX. Once she graduated with her Master’s in Social Work, she worked as a hospice social worker for more than five years. Hailea and her family then moved to Houston, TX in 2017. Her passion has always been to work for others, particularly those within the geriatric population. When she moved to Houston, she decided she wanted to move her professional focus off of specifically hospice care and work in a community setting where she could invest more time and care on residents and their families on a more consistent basis.
