Jason has been with Silverado for six years, starting as a maintenance assistant at the Silverado Escondido community. He feels blessed to have grown into a leadership role, and his colleagues are glad to work alongside someone with his compassion and dedication. Jason has a passion for helping others – the team knows they can always count on him for anything in any department, and they do! He loves the community’s residents, families and associates, and is always happy to come to work every day. Since becoming San Juan’s Director of Plant Operations three years ago, Jason’s favorite part of each day is spending quality time with newer residents and their families helping them to move in and feel comfortable. He delights in having residents accompany him on errands, and always shows great respect to their needs and unique personalities.
Jason has also served in the military earlier in his life and loves spending time with the resident veterans at the community. In his free time, Jason loves going on outings with his wife and children as well as enjoying outdoor activities and giving back to the community.
