Maddy comes to Silverado with extensive experience in human services and care management. She is passionate about ensuring the individuals with whom she works with have the utmost quality of life and are treated with dignity and respect. Maddy is driven by her desire to have a positive impact in the community through advocacy and empowerment.
Maddy graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with her degree in Sociology and is currently working on her Master of Healthcare Administration at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. She resides in Frederick, Maryland with her husband, her two rescue dogs, and two rescue guinea pigs. Maddy enjoys running, playing with her dogs, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
