Maria joined the Silverado team in June of 2000. In her nearly two decades of service she has held a range of roles, building her skills and growing professionally as she found new ways to help residents and their families. Maria’s early years at Silverado saw her working as a housekeeper and laundry aid supervisor. By 2008 she had earned the position of Administrative Assistant, where she continued to build her skills, knowledge and understanding about how the community operates. In December of 2017 Maria was promoted to her current role as Business Office Manager.
Maria has successfully participated in the Silverado Mentor Program, Safety Committee and Tour Scout Program. She has shown her commitment and love to all that ideals and values that Silverado stands for, and just as she is a part of the Silverado family, Maria’s family is a part of Silverado – her husband, five children and now grandchildren have graced the halls of Silverado bringing love and laughter to all!
