Marivel brings ten years of successful operational leadership experience in Assisted Living, including recipient of the AHCA NCAL 2018 Silver and 2017 Bronze Baldridge Quality Awards. Marivel is passionate about caring for individuals with memory-impairing diseases and is committed to providing quality of life and robust engagement to our residents, families and associates. Marivel’s success has included increasing customer satisfaction and quality assurance/licensing compliance during her tenure. Throughout her career, Marivel has developed others into leadership positions and looks forward to continuing to change more lives at Silverado.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, who families will come to know, as they volunteer during the year, assist at community events, and enjoy spending time with residents and families.
