After several years of working as an associate within the maintenance department here at Silverado Escondido, he was promoted to Director of Plant Operations. Neftali strives to ensure the community always feels like home, and you will often find him assisting his team and going hands-on with any work needing to be done to ensure the community is looking and working its best.
