Nichelle Hall, RN

Nichelle joins Silverado with an outstanding background providing care in a wide range of settings. She first started her career in healthcare at the young age of 14, working as a homemaker aid. Since then, Nichelle has gained invaluable experience working in long term care, psychiatric nursing, a short-term rehabilitation facility and more. She has taken on vital roles such as Director of Nursing for two facilities and as a CNA specializing in the dementia care unit. Nichelle completed the nursing program from the State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO and became a Registered Nurse.

Growing up, Nichelle often visited her grandmother who had cerebral palsy at her nursing care facility. She quickly fell in love with all the residents and grew an appreciation in helping care for them. “I love that Silverado encourages children to accompany residents because this is how my caregiver heart began,” shares Nicole. She especially enjoys hearing residents’ backstories and finds so much joy in getting to know each one of them on a personal level. Nichelle is honored to be a part of their journey and make a difference in their lives.

Nichelle is married to her husband, Kevin, and has three children, Keegan, Kaylee and Kierston. She also has a spoiled chocolate lab, named Koda, who she looks forward to sharing with the community. In her spare time, Nichelle enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, decorating, photography and the great outdoors!
