Penny is a woman who brings passion and energy to the senior housing industry, with an initial inspiration and love for the business inspired by her personal family relationships. Having more than 37 years of experience in the senior living industry, she has served in the roles of Director of Nursing in a skilled setting, Administrator in residential and assisted living, Regional Director of Operations in assisted living, memory care, and 55+ apartments. Most recently, for the last 16 years, Penny served as Executive Director of one or Las Vegas’ most highly regarded independent and assisted living communities, earning a reputation for excellent care and impeccable customer service. She has been the operations leader in opening 23 new developments.
Penny is active in the Alzheimer’s Association while volunteering for various projects supporting the Las Vegas community. She is a mentor for the Administrator in training (AIT) program through the Nevada licensure board and assists new Administrators in achieving their career goals. Through these roles, she has developed an intimate understanding of the senior market and its challenges. Penny brings with her a distinctive brand of vibrancy and dedication to broaden and execute processes and incorporate family values of those she serves into the community and workplace; thus, returning personality to a personal business.
Penny has a degree in nursing and holds a RCF Administrator license in Nevada.
