With over four years of experience as the Director of Plant Operations for Silverado Lee’s Summit and other local memory care communities, Ryan brings a wealth of passion to his role. Prior to joining Silverado, he dedicated 11 years to serving as a police officer.
Ryan’s passion for working with memory care residents is deeply rooted in his own personal challenges with Traumatic Brain Injury. Having faced memory issues himself, he empathizes with the difficulties our residents encounter and strives to enrich their lives in any way he can. “I love that Silverado is not the end of the road, it is the beginning of the next chapter of their rich lives,” shares Ryan.
In his personal life, Ryan is happily married with three sons and two dogs. Their family shares a strong love for sports, particularly baseball, football and wrestling!
