Shelley is a Registered Nurse and board certified in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor’s in Nursing. Shelley joined Silverado in 2017 with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and over 10 years in dementia care. Her passion for memory care started when she worked as nursing assistant at a memory care community during college. Shelley loves spending time with the residents, getting a cup of coffee together and capturing “in the moment” special connections. Shelley feels privileged to care for the residents and to be part of their lives. When Shelley is not spending time with her Silverado family, she enjoys gardening, movies, and spending time with her family.
