Yaminah Futch joined Silverado in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She has been an active professional for 15 of those years, serving senior communities in several different settings, including long-term care. Yaminah has held many roles throughout her career serving seniors, including Medicare Charge Nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Education and Assistant Director of Nursing. Yaminah has exceptional clinical experience and intuition, with a passion to serve others. She enjoys helping others while knowing she is improving others quality of life.
Yaminah is also a Certified Master Life Coach and Published Author of several books. She continues to focus on assuring that each person is treated with dignity and respect while utilizing all the resources available promoting them to be their best self. She believes when you genuinely connect to others you then can build a respect and trust from others. In her spare time Yaminah enjoys spending time with her family and writing.
